The holidays have become more of a financial burden than anything. I have found that many people feel this way. It's suppose to be a time for family, religion, giving, and being thankful for what you have. I think it's terrible that thousands of us are going deep in debt because everyone is expecting a gift. What's the point in all this? I realize that Christmas will come no matter what and whether I give my family gifts or not they will still love me, but the whole thing still hurts me because I feel like everyone exspects more from me than what I can afford to give. Surely I am not the only one who feels this way. I would like some inexpensive gift ideas if anyone has a few. I also guess I just want to know I'm not alone in this feeling.
