I do prefer only yahoo messenger for chatting with my friends because yahoo has many emoticans and audible. So I can express my feelings better in yahoo only. In Gtalk, even it was good, I use it only for voice calls to my friends, as it was more clear than yahoo. Thank you.

I like both the messengers. Each have its own features. I like Yahoo for its feature-rich interface and GTalk for its simplicity.

Between those two, I would have to use Yahoo messenger, since its how I communicate with my cousins overseas online. It saves us a lot on our international calls and its very convenient. She usually only comes on though when she's working online from home
for her photography job, so we don't get to talk much, but its better than nothing. Happy mylotting. (:

i would choose yahoo messenger because some of my friends are in YM and also MSN.... i rarely use GTalk because i don't have contact there and also it's complicated to use... well, been a log time since i use it so i have no idea how it might look like right now...

I like yahoo messenger alot more than gtalk because I have been using it for a few years and I'm more used to it than I am to gtalk. Gtalk is newer and doesnt have as many gliches as yahoo messenger. Yahoo messenger freezes up all the time and when Im viewing somebody's camera, the image turns black, and when Im talking to someone on a microphone, the call gets disconnected. I have never had these problems on gtalk so I guess gtalk is a little better. But I still like yahoo better because I have way more people on it and I use more often.
