Is there anything wrong!!!!!!!?

I don't know why but my discussions never get much responses. I seldom have a discussion with more than 10 responses. Many of discussions have less than 5 responses. Although i don't start discussion with those tabloid type of subject. But it happens over and over and over. Is there anything wrong?

I guess you should get as much friends that are active in here. Why? because the more friends you have in here the more exposure your topics will be seen in here. Also, try to make your topics as interesting as possible. I am not the usual topic starter myself since I find it hard to start up a discussion myself. But I enjoy responding to interesting topics.

This can happen to the best of us lalchetian and all I can suggest is that you do whatever you can to try to stimulate as much ongoing discusssion WITHIN your discussion as you possibly can. The more activity your discussion has, the higher it will be placed in the lists and the more it has a chance of being seen! Also try to add as many friends as you can and make a constant effort with as many of them as you can manage. In time you will start to realize who will make an effort in return and if you can maintain this friendships, the days of low response rates will become less frequent. Sometimes though, we just luck out, even when doing all these things I have just shared. All we can do is take the good with the bad and enjoy ourselves always.

You are most welcome lalchetian. To be honest I am surprised myself most of the time! Sometimes we just get lucky, but I do try to engage people on every level possible as I love the itneraction and it does help my post to get exposure. Good luck and enjoy!

I checked out your discussions and these are the things i noticed... which may be some of the reasons you are not getting a lot of response to your dicussions...
1. You only have a few friends... less than 50... if you want your discussion to be seen by a lot of members... then... invite more to be your friend...
2. You do not have and avatar... some people get attracted to discussion when there is an avatar... even if it is not your own picture... since that is like a window of you personality...
3. You have been a member of this site for two years and yet you haven't yet bothered to personalizing your profile...

Friends- i'll surely try to increase them with time.
Avtaar - i can't have one uploaded from mobile. I surf from mobile.whenever i get a chance to surf from a pc. I mostly don't open mylot . And thats why no avtaar. Next time i get access to pc. It would be a top priority.
Personalizing - it didn't get what you mean anyways i thank you for your suggestions

I think it just depends on the time of day, and how many other discussions are being written. I have only made one topic, and it only got like 3 responses because at the time i posted it there was lots of topics being posted, so it went to the back really fast, before anyone really noticed it was even there.
