Do you usually go out of town? How does the economic crisis after your Christmas this year?

I always spend christmas at home. I would love to go somewhere that snowed for a week or so with my family. i think that would be really nice and awesome...
but we will celebrate like we do every year pretty much...we will wake up and open gifts... start cooking food and have a family dinner... then through out the day we will have other family members stop by and we will exchange gifts with them.
then it'll be dinner time and we all have a nice big christmas dinner.. its almost like thanksgiving all over again only this time you've gotten to open gifts all day lol

Christmas at home with my family as usual. We usually have dinner together and open presents the next day like most other families do. We won't be doing any traveling this year and it's good...less pressure with the thought that we should get our money back after all that travel spending we made.

I will be at home with my wife and my daughter, as usual The economy has not affected me that much, as I have little money to live on anyways. So, Christmas will be about the same as its been for the past couple of years, one major gift for each of us and many little trinkets that we can find that will please the person that they are given to.

I will be celebrating Christmas with my brother and other cousins and my beloved nephew in Lukban, Quezon. We have an almost two week vacation on Christmas.

I am spending the holidays on the island of Maui. Leaving on the 15th and not coming home until after the New Year. This is a special year for my husband and I and we want to celebrate in ways we have thought about and planned for years.
This trip has been all but paid for long before the economic crisis. Honestly, I may spend less this year than I do when I'm home for the holidays. Good planning goes a long way.

Christmas to me is like a family reunion. We just spend the Christmas at our parents home and we celebrate there. Having a good time with my brothers and sisters and their family. Merry Christmas everybody.
