I'm from the United States, and specifically California. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies and strangely enough, rice. One of the things I have been eating daily is chocolate. I think for me it is a comfort food and I have been going through some very stressful times so I have been eating tons of chocolate.
Usually, I lean more towards the Asian way of eating which is more rice and veggies and less meat...I learned that way of eating when I lived in Thailand for nine months. I loved the people, the land and the food. American style of Asian cooking just doesn't match the actual food from the land of origin.
