When I'm feeling sad, I'll always talk to myself, to cheer up & motivate myself. If this doesn't help in a short while, then I'll listen to music, read a book or watch movie. Sometimes, I talk to my husband too. What he said to me always reminded me, why being not happy? That's really not a big deal. ^_^
