How to judge this site...confused / myLot

hi all,some say that 1dollarptc is a scam and some say that is really pays...is this a genuine site (for Indians). Many of my friends got registered in it and waiting for payout. Do they really pay us? Can any one clear my confusion? Many have given advertisement in newspapers too about 1dollarptc? Please give reply as soon as possible.... Thanks in advance..

i am a newer here, i have the same confusion, but i think what i can do is just waiting , time will tell me the fact and the fact will clear our confusion.
