Night Sleeping Solution .............

It is recommended that adolescents get nine hours of nightly sleep.
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) offers the following tips on how to get a good night’s sleep:
* Follow a consistent bedtime routine.
* Establish a relaxing setting at bedtime.
* Get a full night’s sleep every night.
* Avoid foods or drinks that contain caffeine, as well as any medicine that has a stimulant, prior to bedtime.
* Do not stay up all hours of the night to “cram” for an exam, do homework, etc. If after-school activities are proving to be too time-consuming, consider cutting back on these activities.
* Keep computers and TVs out of the bedroom.
* Do not go to bed hungry, but don’t eat a big meal before bedtime either.
* Avoid any rigorous exercise within six hours of your bedtime.
* Make your bedroom quiet, dark and a little bit cool.
* Get up at the same time every morning.
With the help of these points we can control also our health.
Do you sleep at least 6 hours daily. which is minimum limit of sleeping.?
What do you do in night time. Gently i talk to my girl friends on phone some time 4 or 5 hours which is not good. but it happened only once or twice in a month.
What do you think in this Regard My Friends.?

Hi! Its always nice to talk to friends even if it is some hours before sleep. Well, I usually just watch tv before I go in my room. When Im lying down in my bed Id sometimes read a book or Reader's Digest. Just read some few articles and when I feel that Im really sleepy Id turn off the lights and sleep. I do get at least 6 hours of sleep and I usually have around 8-9 hours of sleep especially when I dont have an early class.

Yes you are right some time i can not sleep without talking one of my friend.
Readying books is also very nice habbit. I also use to read book at night time but only when i can not sleep after my full try. Now when ever i can not sleep after my full try i start playing a game on my mobile phone after playing that game for some time i feel sleepy and then urgently i put my mobile on charging and takes sleeps. it gives me very deep sleep after playing that game. I also know playing game on mobile can harm full for my eyes but i play only for 5 to 10 minutes.

Sleep is very important for all of us and we should have good sleeping habits. Lack of sleep will have negative results in our lives. Cheers!!

Yes dear lack of sleep can effect on our health. thats very good to have a deep and comfortable sleep. if you are a younger person then its very important to have a nice sleep and about 6 to 9 hours daily. 6 is minimum duration for sleep and 9 is maximum.

Yes dear i am sure. The minimum seeping time is 6 hours, 4-5 hours sleeping can down your health so sleep well and be active feel well and do well.
