radio drama - the people behind a radio drama
When I was younger, I would listen to radio dramas because my nanny loves listening to the kind of drama. Even if I did not really understand everything back then, I would pay attention to the characters involved. But it was really fun.

hello nimnim, when I was young, I think wayback elementary and high school days, I am addicted into listening radio dramas. It is not just every Saturday, but everyday, I would listen to dramas whenever I am home. Sad to say, as of now, our radio can not access am band, and so we can no more listen to on the air dramas. Well, as of now, my interest is focus on the computer, so I am not thinking much about it.

Hmmm... Bringing back the yesteryears. Well, funny but I guess the last time I was able to hear a "radio drama" was just this year, not because I want to listen to but because my doctor friend who is a way older than me is listening to a local radio station inside his car. I wanted to suggest other station but he informed me that he's waiting for an announcement or something on that same time slot. In short, I can't object. So I just instead listen with him the whole time he was driving. Good thing I was dropped off at the nearest MRT Station.

Yes, I still do, most of the dramas I like to listen on the radio are related with true to life story. Specially if its about their lovelife, and just everything about a true life, sometimes I can relate it in my own life and most of the time when I am listening to these kind of radio dramas I can't help my tears to fall down to my cheeks. I am very emotional when it comes to real life story or real life related dramas, even only listening to it on the radio.

During my younger years, but not that much. It will usually happen by accident because I don't know the time time slot or something. ^__^ But whenever I listen to radio drama, I will usually focus on the sound effects and imagine what kind of instruments are they using to make such noise. Haha. I have watched Sineskwela before, and they featured how radio drama creates different sounds like using a roof and grains of monggo for example as the sound of rainfall. Just amazing! Hi ha..

It's been ages since the last time I listened to a radio drama! I was so young then and I remember my favorite radio drama was "Gabi ng Lagim" which airs around midnight really. My Lola loves television radio but when telenovela (the likes of Marimar, Rosalinda, Isabel etc..) was introduced, she switched from radio to TV and when the "Gabi ng Lagim" ended, I've never listened to any radio drama anymore. By the way, is radio drama still existing nowadays?

I used to listen to radio drama when I was still in my teenage years. I loved it and it has great influenced in my life. Through listening to radio drama before, I inspired to become a writer, I started writing stories when I was 13 and most of my plays before were based on the drama I heard on the radio. Now that I am living in the city, I rarely listen to radio drama because I am more on listening to music to FM radio and besides there's already television, but one of these days I try to find time to listen to radio drama again.
