Today is the day of the annual Great American Smokeout. Around the country, many smokers are giving up cigarettes for the day in the hope that it's their first day of a new, non-smoking lifestyle. Are you joining the Great American Smokeout? I'm just about to put out my last cigarette for the day (I completely forgot about the day earlier). Help me stay smoke free today - encouragement, bribes and tips to get through the day without cigarettes are all appreciated (and it will help just to keep busy responding to people, too, right?)
