As an "older" person..I am 54..I say yes. Too often though, it goes one way, and some older folks (not me) do not think they can learn anytbhing from the younger crowd. I think that we all have things we can offer each other despite our ages.

Marie a agree with you too. It is important for older people to realize that the younger crowd may have something to offer as well.

I think it's all in the way your raised. If your raised to be respectful and listen, then yes you will learn from, or can if you set to, learn from older generations. Now everyone has their rebel streak, and sometimes that involves being disrespectful, but i believe that people can and often do change from that, and go back to being respectful, listening to and learning from their elders.

That's true, young people and older people can learn from each other. Older people tell and teach the things that they know about life and different aspects that suitable for younger people. While younger people can share new things about the society including the emerging use of technology in daily
lives.(http://www.techfactorsinc.com)

I agree 100% that young and old people can learn from each other. Older people have years of experience, life, and lessons to share with younger people. They have GREAT (and sometimes not so great) stories to tell, you just have to be willing to listen. I think it's important to add that people learn from people; regardless of age, but I do understand why you are pointing out that description. I firmly believe that the best way to learn is from looking at the past and older people have that to offer the young, what could be better than that-besides personal experience?
