Tour de Georgia Takes a year off

According to their website, Tour de Georgia one of the top US road races will be taking the year off in 2009. Ok, lets take bets everyone. Will they really be back in 2010 like they say, or can we expect to see this race disapear.

I hated the tour de georgia when I worked in Dontown Macon. If you didn't leave early (around 2:00) then all of the roads were blocked and you couldn't get out of downtown until 6 or 6:30. And of course our boss wasn't let everyone off work early that day, so we all HATED it.

I kind of felt that way about UK football games when I lived in Lexington. You couldn't get anywhere when they were playing at home at that was a weekly thing. The other real bummer was that the hospital was donwtown, so it was a rule that you weren't allowed to get injured around the time of a UK Game.
