Fast Food Managers Help.

Im a manager at mcdonalds. I recently was promoted and transferred to another store. I get there and no one follows proper procedures including my other managers. How can I expect my crew to do something if my managers dont? My first week there we were really busy and getting behind I tried to get a manager fired up and moving and he replied "I'm not going to apply myself" ???????? what kind of manager is that? I feel like im trying to run the place by myself. My last store I could train people that lacked but I had supporters on the same page so everything was reinforced by all management. Im just one person at this store trying to make a difference... help.
