I think every couple should have an open communication about everything that covers their marriage. Reality bites that sometimes money becomes a big issue which sometimes when you're not able to resolve your differences it can lead to separation. Your husband is just being practical, especially now that economic crisis hits the whole world everyone should be responsible in handling their finances. Just try to understand him more, listen to his reasons why he doesn't want to spend. If you think he got a point then it will surely benefit you both. I would suggest if you could start earning your own money by doing some online job. If you're good with writing then why not try blogging and add some affiliate programs to it.
