There are all sorts of scammers on-line claiming to do that but in reality that's not possible and those people are just there to steal your money.
I don't think paypal do accept exchanges like those.Unless if you transfer you money to the account held by those guys(a fees is charged) and then you transfer it from their account to your local account(a fee is charged and possibly a high fee) and deposit it into your paypal account.
My advice, cash-out your money from e-gold to your bank account and upload it to your paypal account

If so, do you know how to withdraw e-Gold to my bank account (more straight forward method rather than to paypal acct.) ?
Thanks and Cheers.

There are a couple of websites on the web that does this. However, I would not. It is against the TOS of both companies, and you could lose all your money if you are caught. I would suggest just withdrawing it to a bank account or asking a friend to trade money.

I used to know of a site but they are no longer around. I try not to mess with Egold anymore because of it. The transfer and exchange fees are very high.

Be careful because there are a lot of scammers out there. Can you find any legit sites where you can invest your e-gold funds and pay you through paypal?
