donate blood

I am not actually the fat to donate blood!!So I haven't experience donating blood, maybe I am the one who needs blood!!

I use to donate every 8 weeks and had a problem one and never got back in the routine of donating blood. I guess I should try again and see if my Iron is still low. I've been taking vitims so this should help a little bit. We had a program where I use to work. Once you reached a gallon mark on donating blood you got a day off with pay so that was nice.

I have always wanted to be a blood donor but i take medications that make it impossible for me to do so.
