Is it worth it?

I have $7 in my unverified US Paypal account. I can verify it for $10 by buying a VCC from this site (http://prepaid-visa.info/new-paypal-account) for $10. That money would probably be my first payment from mylot. Is it worth it? Would it be worth spending 10 dollars and having a verified account with 7 dollars? I know I would be losing 3 dollars but is being verified on Paypal worth it?

Well, its an option, but you can transfer the $7 from your paypal to someone elses paypal and then have them give you the $7. I'd be happy to do this for you, or you can just use the $7 to pay for something online. Also, you can verify with a savings account and banks aren't going to charge you anything to open a savings account. Just a thought.

The problem is, I cannot send or spend my money because my account is not verified. I do not have a US bank account and so cannot verify it using a bank account.
If you want, you could give me $7 and I will give you the unverified account. If you are interested, please PM me.

I didn't pay anything at paypal when I verified my account. I didn't even know that they do charge for that. I guess if you really dont have a bank account or credit card then you might as well do it because you need to verify your account.

Why don't you just open a debit or credit visa or debit card account to have your paypal account verified?

I don't think you have to pay anything to get verified, I didn't, when I verified my account. Paypal doesn't charge any kind of fees that I know of...

I believe that depends on how you use or will use your paypal account. If you wish to buy and sell and increase the amount of your money to send and receive then you have to verify it if not then do not bother. Check out their tos and regulations you will find your answers there.

you don't have to buy anything to verify your account with paypal.
