What coffee brand do you use? which is better beans or ground coffee?

I drink coffee, but not really crazy about it. But since the weather has been cold and chilly lately, I've been hooked up with coffee, and liking it now!
I'm using ground Folgers brand, and it's fine. I just wonder if there's something out there that you can recommend, or what do you buy and what's your favorite brand? also, is there a difference, nutrition-wise, if you make coffee with beans or just use plain ground coffee?
One night, I didn't realize I have had a couple mugs of coffee, and it didn't let me sleep until 3 in the morning! And realized what might caused it when I woke up the next day

I am a coffee lover and I drink brewed coffee and an instant coffee three in one. I drink a lot of mugs not a cup (take note dear!) I feel it like water and nothing changes as if i drunk coffee. I can sleep regularly even before going to bed I took a cup of it. I like the taste of coffee and I hate to drink milk. If there is no coffee in the morning I cannot work in good condition and I feel empty. I'm getting mad.

wow, I'd rather call you coffee addict! I have a friend also like you can't function well with her day if she didn't start her day with coffee, and gets this coffee breaks at her office. So we obviously know what to give her in birthdays and Christmas-- coffee mugs, starbucks card, planner, or even buy her coffee beans, cause I'm she'll be happy with just that alone! I dote on simple Nescafe that gears me up for commuting long distance to my office.
I have heard that healthwise, beans are bette than the gronded counterpart.
But whetherr itis supported scientifically, I am not fully aware about the actual percentage.

I only drink coffee every once in a while. My husband on the other hand drinks it a lot. His brand that he likes to drink is Folgers also. He used to drink Maxwell House but he changed because he said it is not as good as Folgers.

i love nescafe 3 in 1 instant coffee. i can't leave the house without drinking it. and i cant function well at work if i dont have a coffee on my side.
