I heard a lot saying life begins at 40, I am not sure what it means and how it works. Because I am still in my 20's I am enjoying my life, but with that I keep thinking what kind of life we would have in 40 that will make us say that. For the 40 liner's time to share your stories... otrher welcome too to share.

I think there isn't such thing as 'life starts at 40' or whatever. Life starts when you are born and is only up to you to get most of it. May be people say that it starts at this particular age, because at 40 you're supposed to be married, to have kids and so on. And after all, this is the purpose of your life- to make sure that our progeny will continue what we have done. But, not being at 40 doesn't necessary means that you can't enjoy your life. happy mylotting

Yeah, I am 20 and I am married, so I don't think there is such a thing like that, but still want to hear from those in the 40 liner's just want to know what makes it really a life for them. But well it doesn't mean that everyone should wait till they are 40 to begin with their lives. You are right our life starts when we are born. But why there's a such word like that? Where does that come from? and why some people say that? I am just curious about it, but really for me I am starting my life now.
