smoking ban

Have you heard there is going to be another smoking law? something about the kind of cigerette that can be sold. What are peoples thoughts on the last ban they did. No public buildings? I personally thought it should be up to the owner (exspecially in the bars and clubs). they own the business then they should be the ones to decide what goes on inside it.
What are your thoughts?

Hi messageme,
Here in my country specially in the city i live in, there is anti smoking law, you are now allowed to smoke in any public places unless the place has so called smoking area, thats the only place you can do smoking. But still selling cegarrete is not yet band, you can still buy cegarrete in store but be sure you dont smoke to non smoking area for you will be caught by a police man.
