Veg. or Non-veg.-which one is good for health?

Which is good for you?They say vegetarian foods are easily digested,probably in an hour or one and a half.But chicken and meat take toolong time,atleast three to four hours to get digested.Also you get fibrous foods from vegetarian diets and collestrol/fat based foods in non veg diets.Which is the one you prefer and why?

Hi frnds, I think both veg and non veg are good for health.In veg are having minerals,iron, vitamins,fibrous and good to eat.Non veg are having iron,fibrous,vitamins. I will prefer both veg and non veg good for health.

veg. definitely. We don't need to kill and eat animals for our "nutrition"

yes it is true that vegetables are more healthy to eat than meat especially red meat. Unfortunately, i am the kind of person who doesn't like to eat veggies even though i know that it is good for my health. :(
