paypal's devastating loophole in user security

hello guys!recently i found that paypal which boasts of it's user security has a big loophole.whenever u request for a "forgot password" ,they will allow u to create new password by just answering your phone number!!!and what's more surprising is that u can do it by just answering your pin code also!!!!!who will check this immediately after creating an account?we simply put our information for contact purpose and may get bankrupt!so please beware of this!i pity myself that i too have to use paypal,for god's sake i hope they will look at it.......
