Is Any medicine available to reduce the volume of the throat..?

HI Freinds,Good Morning!I have a problem with my aunt that she is having a Big voice.She cannot speak in normal voice as we speak.When ever she starts talking the whole street will be listening to her voice.Yes I am serious im not at all joking.There is a best example for this.On one fine day few months back aunt's brother came to our home and as soon as he entered the home he started saying IS thet your laugh or any thing else? can't you laugh slowly.Actually what happened is he is searching for the house since one hour but,didn't found.finally,he heard the laugh of my aunt from the street end and directly came to home.So,dear friends you might estimate the voice level of my aunt.I am sure that if she has to deliver a speech for a mob of One lakh people she doesn't require any mike and speaker etc..,to make sure that her voice is audible to every one. So,if you can help me in reducing my aunt voice by suggesting any medicine available,it will be helpful for our street.Happy My Lotting.Seems like a joke but it is Damn true..
