Lord of the Rings vs Harry Potter

lotr rocks i think reading a harry potter book will be like doin a girle stuff. it has the same old stuff revenge ,teenage stuff a major turn off. its all crap the author ,the movie,the characters . i wont even read the book if anyone offrs me money to do so lotr rocks and rocks in a big way........

I love both of them. But since you ask about this, I think...I prefer Lord of Rings. Because Harry Porter is more like a detective story than a magic story.And definitely its not the best detective story.

surely i'll go with lotr only.. obviously coz of my age.. also lotr is happening in no where world we could ever imagined.. creating a entire new world in dreams is not a task everybody can do.. so as for as story is concerned lotr is superior..

lotr...more lifelike...alot is possible...

harry potter and lord of the rings are two entirely different movies. Hence, you cannot compare the one from the other. I love them both, i watched all of those movies and i never had an idea of comparing them.Both of them are unique and interesting.
