will paypal reward with cash if you purchase through them

hi i had got an e-mail from paypal that i have received funds 4cents but why??????????? the payment e-mail was from paypal i recently purchased referral pack through paypal is there something like that if we purchase through paypal we have some money offer the amount is small though any clue?

I have not seen anything online about PayPal giving cash-back offers. Did you log into your account just to check who sent it to you?

before signing into my account i checked the sender it was from paypal@newonlinevisions.com now i am scared am i in trouble help!!!!!

I don't think you will need to worry about it, but you could contact PayPal.
