anger is not good at all for anybody mentally or physically. It leaves others sad and angry in return whether in family or friends or at work. an angry person will lose friends, lose his/her happiness affecting it upon his health slowly.
history is proof that most of the comedians and people who are happy, laughing and smiling live longer. It is medically proved too that anger leads to a stress level whereas a smile and calm behaviour relaxes your nerves.
Am I right my fellow mylotters?

hi mtata!
oh that is sooo right! anger when released affects all of us--our physical bodies, our emotions, our psychs, our minds.
so if we keep our cool, we are in better shape.
i am trying to control my temperament because i find myself in better condition.
take care and God bless you!

Anger, in and of itself is not a bad thing. It is an emotion just like love, fear, sadness, etc. And just like all emotions, people must learn to control it and act it out appropriately.
I will agree that it is probably the worst emotion to be held in and ignored as it seems to fester and cause people to be miserable. As you say, it eventually cause health concerns if not proccessed appropriately.

Yes you are very right mtata.Anger effects the physical, mental and social well being of a person..Continous anger leads to increased BP,and effects the general well being and often a person tends to say all the wrong things and even become violent, and unpopular among kith and kin....
Happy people have a general sense of well being all the time, and will have less stress and tension, and will be always more popular socially.......

Anger is a condition of mind in every human.Anger can't be stopped.but it can consciously be controlled with repeated efforts.Whenever you come to this condition, realise that "my mind is in anger now".Lets watch our anger.Anger,if not controlled maturely, may lead to serious regrettable quarrel, damage and even unwanted murder.Very Good topic.Thanks.

Yes you are right! Anger doesn't do us any good, we all have to learn to manage anger, we're all humans, we get mad when provoked, we cry when we're hurt, all we have to do is let it out, don't keep it all inside, it will just make us lonelier and somber, there's always a need to manage and let go of our angst, not for the people around us, but for ourselves, for us to be happy. That's one of our ultimate tasks, keep ourselves happy by being anger-free!
