What happened to my earnings in Pay2Surf?

My balance was more than $8 and when I finished viewing ads for the day, my balance have become $0.01. I don't know how did that happened. Did you experience the same?

pay2surf is not a scam, ive been paid out 4 times by them
Just send an email to support, they have new staff and management
