are you agree that customer is always right??

nope they are always right. But you have to consider them that they are always right. Customer is one of the most importan people in the business.They are the one who brings in money. They are the reason for your job, because they coming to us to meet their need. They complaints sometime but dont take their complaints goes to argue with them.Just listten and talk to them how they felel or what are they feel about.Then try to apologized.just admit this..they are consumers that pays product, service and assistance and sometimes they are not satisfied.why? maybe becase we did not meet thei expectations.All of us are costumer and if we are satisfied we are complaining about what we paid for.. are you agreethat they are always right?Why?

Well; the customer might not be 'always ' right as such . However;from the viewpoint of Companies or Individuals providing them service and who make their earning from their Business ; the customer is always 'right' . If they do not respond to customer's problems , they are going to be at peril . The Customer would be annoyed and the business could be affected .
