So what do you guys do to build healthy habits in your lives? I have been working on this for YEARS, I have a really hard time with sticking to a regular schedule but I've been trying because I know that routine is something my son and I both need.
So how do you maintain healthy schedules and routines, what are your routines?

Routines are great and I love them. My farm depends on routines and there are things that need to be done on a daily basis. This works for me. Cheers!!

Thank you for responding to my discussion. I would imagine that farms must have to be on a very strict schedule. Is it ever hard to keep up with that, do you ever fall behind? If so, what do you do to get back on track?

Well, the only routines I really have are with my dogs, and going to work and such.
I wake up every day around 7:00 am for work. The first thing I do is feed my two dogs and let them outside. I then go to the bathroom and get ready for work.
After work, my boyfriend usually gets hom eto feed the dogs, but, if he hasn't gotten home before me, I will feed them and let them outside.
I usually go online everyday for a couple hours. I typically check emails and surf a couple traffic exchanges and such. Sometimes I watch television with my boyfriend.
That's basically it as far as routines go. We go out with friends or to eat or see a movie on occasion, but I think my routines are pretty basic.
