you know that the philosophy is that the "boss" knows thats why he's the boss. Now what occurs when the little employee has more practical knowledge than the 'boss' and the boss has an ideology that he is superior and he doesnt take advice. As an employee should you try to give advice? {keep in mind the boss is a fresh university graduate}
