dream or real or disease

at last i got a medium to ask others about this.
well friend this is very wierd and strange.
you know sometime, the incident which is going on now,i feel like i already experienced it sometime back.
even after trying my level best to remember, i can't remember anything because this incident is happening for the first time.
it applies to any article i read, any one i meet.
i don't know whether it is a disease or my memory is weak or is it my sixth sense?
do any of you feel the same???

It is definitely deja vu. All of us feel that at one point or another. I feel that if I dream of the situation and then it happens (which happens but very rarely). Just remember you are in control of the situation and just dont get distracted in the moment.

thank you jhhayes. i really appreciate your response. this phenomenon is scientifically called paramnesia, and now i know that there is nothing much serious about it.
and yes i am always in control in that kind of situation, thank you for sharing your experience.

As you know this is called deja vu. I believe that all of us go through it at some point in time. It's where you feel like you've been someplace or done something before. I've gone through it before multiple times and expect to go through it again at some point in time.

for now i know that it is called deja-vu or paramnesia.
and many more like me had already experienced this phenomenon.
that means it is not so abnormal case, i can say that i am not totally mad!!! ha ha ha.
and i came to know that there is a movie named "deja-vu", so i will grab this movie, and hope to get some more information about the same.
