How many of peoples in mylot wear Glasses.?

I only actually started wearing glasses once I was in college. I always had a hard time reading projector screens and writing on the chalkboards in school. Now that I'm out of school I only need to wear them when I'm driving someone new and have to read road signs clearly and quickly or to look snazzy for an interview! ;)

My sight got worse at school but at that time I decided that I don't need glasses. I've been wearing glasses since the 3rd course of University. I'm short-sighted so I have to wear glasses only when I watch TV or when I need to look at something from the distance.

I have to wear them all the time since I was 11 years old.

I've worn glasses or contacts since I was 13. That's 30 years! I've been wearing glasses for years now because I just got tired of having to take my contacts out and clean them every night. I never had the extended wear or disposable types of contacts. I really need new glasses soon because it's gotten to the point where I have to take them off to see up close. I think I probably need bifocals by now.

I dont wear eye glasses, i am glad that i have 20 20 vision, I owe it to my mom who takes care of me when i was still young, she let me eat the right food that is good for the eye site and good for the body. Well as we grow older and older our body will become weak and as well our eye site, that is why i tried not over due my computer session to avoid problem in the future.

Ever since the age of about ten I started wearing glasses. They were pretty weak at the time but I found the more I used to wear my glasses the weaker my eyes actually got and the more dependant my eyes were on them. Absolutely hate wearing glasses though...remember in the summer the bridge on them used to rub my nose or when I had just bought a brand new pair they would rub, irritate and the increase in strength would really make my eyes hurt. It wasn't until I was 16 and I started college that I thought sod it i'd had enough. I marched down the opticians and said i'd like to try contact lenses. Within a week I had my appointment booked and was both a little apprehensive yet really very excited. I remember the first appointment I had...I was called in, sat down, the optician put the lenses in for me and I was then told to go for a wonder around the town for half an hour and get used to them...then come back and he'd teach me how to put them in....i've been wearing them ever since. So nowadays I switch between the two contact lenses when i'm out and glasses when i'm staying in. It makes a nice change though. I remember when the time used to come round when I needed to buy new frames for my glasses of course when your trying on new frames you can't see whether they look any good on or not...so being able to actually try them on and see via contact lenses was a miracle. I'm very short sighted so to not have my vision corrected like this I could be walking into things all day and driving....well I could forget it.

Yes I wear glasses, I need then especially for reading and computer work.

I wear glasses. I really need them for most things and I think I should wear them all the time, but i'm a bit... well really I'm very vain and don't always wear them

I wear glasses. I've had to wear them ever since high school or so. I refuse to wear contacts because I don't want to have to touch my eyes like that! *LOL* I've never tried to get that Lasik surgery. I don't know if I would qualify for that or not.

I am not wearing glasses but I fell like I have to.I mean my eyes start to feel tired after 30 minutes in front of the PC.Maybe in the future Mylot will have another person who ears clases(me)
