i am 16 years old but my height is not that much that i wanted, in other words its short but not that much also(about normal) i want to increase my height and i have heard that height stop increasing after 17o or 18 years of age. so please can you share some tips that would help me to gain height in short period of time. that will mean a lot help to me.
