Do you people know that sea can relax a lot, nature also. We live in stress each day so we should do something, ex. just to look at picture with sea on it, it can help, try......... That beautiful color of blue is magic, really magic. It works.

yes I believe this also, but not only the sight but the sound, I would love a relaxation tape of just the wavis of the sea but most of the ones I have seen around has music to it, I would just love one with the simple sounds of the sea...
