i have trying to find ways to get myself to easily shed off my body's baggage. there are juices etc.
but i think the most effective would be water therapy. i increased my water intake, and took two full glasses in the morning, right after i wake up. so i have an empty stomach and i fill it up with water.
in just a short while, i feel some activity in my stomach and then i would have to go to the john short thereafter.
it is pretty natural laxative. anyone with digestive problems should try this. i have not had trouble before, only when i got pregnant.
take care all and God bless you! :"D

I have that experience during my pregnancy too. I do not really know if drinking water helps a lot, as I do drink a lot of water every day. I drink water right after I wake up too.
What I think could be helpful also is that eating fruits. I found that if I eat fruits every day, then I'll feel more comfortable.

Yes constipation is very common in pregnancy. I never had a problem with it much during pregnancy, it was afterwards cuz I had a c-section. That was awful! Then I ended up with hemmroids! Not fun! Keep drinking your water cuz it does work & its good for you anyway. I always noticed too that I was always very thirsty while pregnant!
