Okay i really need to ask for some advice. I really really need some help, so if anyone can help me with this problem please please let me know. Okay, i have been trying to get a job in my small town for MONTHS now & can't seem to find anything. I'm not getting lucky at all, I call places after I turn in applications, & no one wants to give me a chance! :( I have a 13 month old son named Brennen & he is going to be so dissapointed on Christmas morning. I cant buy him ANYTHING this year & i feel horrrible. I just hate that I'm in this situation because I'm trying soooo damn hard. I keep searching on the internet for places that might be able to help my son, but i can't find anyything in my area at all. I live in marion, ohio. Small little town, i guess maybe orginazations just don't even realize this town exists?? because no one can seem to help. If anyone knows of anyyyone who might be able to help my son please let me know. I really really need him to have a good Christmas. He is suuuch a good baby he deserves to be happy Christmas morning! Has anyone else ever been in a situation like this? if so...what did you do?? This is so sad, i hate it. Please let me know if you know of any orginizations who may be interested in helping, or people who may be interested in helping. Thanks alot. Hope to hear from some of you! God Bless.

I'm really sorry things are so hard for you this year. In Australia we have lots of organisations which help out at Christmas time when people are doing it tough - but I've noticed lately the current affairs programs are featuring people having difficulties, and after the show it turns out lots of people send money, toys and donations to help out. It's sad you are in such a small town and they don't have organisations to help - but maybe you have clubs similar to Rotary, Apex or some kind of local lodge - often the members of these make lovely wooden toys for children and happily donate them as gifts. Or you could contact your local radio station, as they will have a good idea who to contact. I hope things improve for you really soon. Bless.

well keep looking for a job, but try to remember that your son is only 13 months old and probably wont understand whats going on anyway.
