http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27810947/ im sorry but i like to be able to see fast food ads! how will we know what is out etc? if they are going to over eat they WILL over eat!! they will dish up more at dinner or raid the pantry for junk food so why should we not have any fast food commercials? need i even mention that how are a majority of television shows gonna earn the money to be on with out fast food sponsors??

Ugh. The best way to fight childhood obesity is to actually parent! I have friends that take their children to fast food places literally almost every day, don't play with them, let them sit around and watch TV/play video games and are baffled at why their children are overweight. Then there are the ones who just won't tell them "NO!" I honestly don't know what they are afraid will happen when they say no. Maybe they want to be the cool parent? Or a friend and not a parent? I love my son but I'm not his bestest friend. I'm his Mom and with that it is my responsibility to make sure he eats correctly and as healthy as possible. The fast food people aren't to blame and shouldn't have their marketing restricted!
