Any Doc or Diet counselor out there??? Recently I took a master health check and they diagnosed that I've got a 4 mm stone in my left Kidney. What are the foods that I must avoid or stop eating? Any food that will help dissolve or quicken the stone out of my body? Any one who is having this problem or had this problem in the past please share your experience.
