It happens to me a lot too, but I was finally able to lose weight by sticking to my diet plan, but I made Fridays as "reward" days in which I get to eat chocolate (only a small piece!) OR junkfood (I pick the smallest available size) and not walk the treadmill LOL. I also really enjoy drinking cola, but when I was dieting I only allowed myself a few sips instead of a whole glass. I know it's kind of sad, but the temptation would be lesser if you don't deprive yourself.

hahaha! I made a commitment to myself that I will go for a good diet though..something that would not also deprived myself from eating. I lasted for a week though that to me seems would be a great accomplishment. I actually lose a few pounds. This happen a week from my wedding. and I ate tons and loads after. and now I gain more and more...which is very frustrating.
I dont know...probably I will start after Christmas again. hahahaha. How I wish...this would indeed happen.

That is my problem. I try to diet to lose holiday weight or a couple of pounds and end up indulging my cravings then gain a couple of pounds. I went on a good diet for a week and the next week was a holiday i think thanksgiving. I couldn't help myself. In the last few months i have gained 6 ibs. I know that don't seem like a lot but for me it does.
