Unable to see hidden files in windows XP... Help needed...

I have only one suggestion....maybe try to repair the registry. And, sorry to say, I cant exactly tell u how to do it. When I have issues like that...I go to my tutorials or to my help or troublshootin sections and follow the instructions to fix the problem. Maybe u can try trouble shooting and see if that will help u.

Wait till you see the point on show hidden files.Then select apply.If it is automatically changing.There might be a virus or spyware in the computer.Clean the computer or viruses and spyware and then try.

Hey dude...Me too had faced the same prob: some months before.Its all due to some malware inside your computer.. The only way to remove this malware and take your folder option back you should format your whole hard disk and re install the operating system..then it all will be alright.. hope this will help you...happy mylotting!!!

u better reinstall xp thts the best way to sort out your problem so use xp service pack 2 and see the change
