Hi all,
I have a problem with my computer. I am able to hide files on my computer but when i select the show hidden files radio button in tools-- options, it is automatically changing to "do not show hidden files option". Do any one of you have a solution? I have used, norton, McAfee, AVG, AVAST... no use... help please...

What do you mean, vijay1wdv?
As in the system won't let you change the setting?
If so, it sounds like a problem that requires you to scan your computer thoroughly for viruses, spyware and the like!
For a start, you can try this site: http://housecall.trendmicro.com

I have only one suggestion....maybe try to repair the registry. And, sorry to say, I cant exactly tell u how to do it.
When I have issues like that...I go to my tutorials or to my help or troublshootin sections and follow the instructions to fix the problem.
Maybe u can try trouble shooting and see if that will help u.

Wait till you see the point on show hidden files. Then select apply. If it is automatically changing. There might be a virus or spyware in the computer.Clean the computer or viruses and spyware and then try.

Hey dude...Me too had faced the same prob: some months before. Its all due to some malware inside your computer.. The only way to remove this malware and take your folder option back you should format your whole hard disk and re install the operating system..then it all will be alright..
hope this will help you...happy mylotting!!!
