do you sleep enough?

at least you have to sleep for about seven hours a days. but sometime, its difficult to do. for example you have to finish your job, so that you work all of the night, then you just sleep for three hours. But someone who I am talking about, wasn't me. I sleep well, even more than it should. It will bother if you don't sleep well, do you? can you hadle it? how?

Hi tiara, I had a baby recently.. she is 4 months old now.. She wakes up every 3 hours in the night.. So I dont get proper sleep. Even during the day time, she is very active.. So its kind of sleepless nights and days for me..

I have a little sister too, she is one years old, sometimes she wake up at the night but my mom is so happy take care of her,, I think you are happy too,, so congratulation for you cuz you are mom now

hello tiara50gorgeous, I know how important sleep to us but I do have enough sleep depending on my shift. Like now, I;'m on night shift. I do sleep at 2:o'clock in the afternoon and wakes up 6:30. As long as I sleep four hours straight, that is fine with me. It's really hard to get sleep during day time for everybody in the neighborhood are all awake. And because of this, it's noisy, some are playing basketball, building the house and the likes. It's really hard for I felt like I'm floating and all. Well, if I arrived from work I do drink coffee at once in the vendo. This helps me a lot plus the fact that have a lot of work to do. This will make me busy till such time that my shift is over.

Personally it has been a long time since I got more than 6 hrs. a night unless I am super tired or just not feeling well. For me, I think my body on average only needs about 6 hrs. a night as that is what I seem to feel rested the most on. I know they say that as you get older you often need less, but no matter what most people do best by letting their body tell them what is Best for them as well.

i wish i could sleep minimum 8 hours a day, then i know that i probably have enough sleep for the day already or something. on working days i only get to sleep around 6 to 7 hours. but during the weekends, i tend to sleep more. i need to get at least 5 hours of sleep or not i will feel a bit woozy haha

lately i havent been getting my 7 hrs sleep since 2-3 months and i feel exhausted and loosing concentration.Work pressures are high and i have no time for personal affairs even,last night i got 6 hours of sleep and it felt like a luxury.

hi tiara, i have the problem of not able to be sleep usually i sleep about 4.30 hours a day. but as long as you get good sleep in this time i don't feel much problem with it.my working times are normal it is the time to work in internet make me cut shot my time to sleep.

welcome to mylot tiara, hope you like it here like most of us do. i have four children and i am a single mom so i can say that i dont sleep enough. i work as a singer and when i go home in the morning i cook for my children and sleep only once they are all at school already. that would be around 7 in the morning. then i will get up around 12 for it is not a good time to sleep already for it is to hot so i will get up and do some chores. i will catch some sleep if i feel sleepy again but that is not that often. maybe if the weather ir breezy or a drizzle of rain.

Strange as it may seem, I still get a maximum of eight hours sleep at night most of the time. Even if I'm already married and we do have a three year old daughter for a child, we still manage to get a good night's sleep. At present, my spouse and I are trying to discipline our daughter to have a timely routine on sleeping patterns. Aside from having her sleep during mid-afternoons, we are training her body clock to tell her that she needs to be asleep before nine in the evening. This way, we could also rest our tired bodies on or before it reaches ten at night. But sometimes, we can't avoid when she sleeps quite late at night until past ten in the evening. Since we still don't have our own house and properties, we are currently sharing a rented house with my three younger siblings. If they happen to stay late at night on the first floor, we need to be awake until they have finished their nightly activities before we could go to bed, because the living room is part of our bedroom, meaning we convert it as our sleeping area at night time.

i guess for the most part i get enough sleep. i probably shouldn't complain... lol i could get as much as i wanted too actually. I just choose not too. I mean, i go to bed around 12:30-1:00am and get up at 8:30-9:00AM so i get enough sleep but sometimes it still doesn't feel like enough. I work out so much that i drain myself lol sometimes i will sleep in till 10 though and that always feels nice...but i like to get up early so i can walk my dog in the morning for 40 minutes and it starts getting hotter later out lol

Sometimes I sleep enough and well, sometimes just can't fall asleep. All depends on the daily things around me. I am the persom who dream dreams everynight, it means my sleepness may not be very quality, so, most things can infuence my sleeping condition. Wish you can have good bedtime everyday.: )

i cant complete my sleep everyday, i always sleep 5 to 6 hours in night. i always waje up too early in the morning because of my school and i sleep late because of my projects plus this thingy. and i'm used to it that i am sleeping late. happy mylotting!

i think the enough sleep is a difficult thing to me,in fact ,i m a college student,and i always sit in front of computer until 12 o clock.i dont want,but i have to do my homework and that has already become a habit.to me ,i m used to sleeping for 5-6 hours,i know ,thats no good for my body .especially my eyes,but now,its hard to change it
