Who here has Cricket Wireless?

We have been with Cricket for about 20 months. I have had horrible experienced with the quality of the phones and HORRID customer service!!! I was in the Corp. store one day and one of the employees called me a liar. I wanted nothing more than to chuck my phone right at him! Every month it is something with the bill and I have had it!!! Tell me have you had any like experinces with them?

i had cricket..they suck... i dropped my slvr in koolaid one day and even with the monthly insurance they wanted me to pay 80 to replace my phone. on topof that they dont refund your money for services not used.

I hear ya! Their warranty is JACK just like them! It is cheaper to by a new phone off the internet than it is to pay the stinkin warranty.
