Do you have a plan or a dream to buy a land or a flat

I do not have any plans to either buy a house or land because i frankly can`t afford it. I am retired and living in a rented flat in a very good locality in metropolitan Mumbai where prices have hit the roof.In two or three years our building which is over 60 years is likely to be demolished though it is still in a sound condition. Talks are going on with developers and once plans are finalised our building will be pulled down to make way for the modern skyrise apartment blocks which nowadays dot the city landscape. Then i will become an owner of a plush flat without having to spend even a single dime.

Hi frnds, I have a dream that i want to buy a land or flat. But buying a flat is better to me and very safe one. Now iam in own house only but i want better and good one land or flat.I want to buy a nice place and good location all facilities their and security, water problem.
