I dunno how to post my picture as my primary photo

Can anyone help me??? I'm kinda lost,.. I'm new here and I wanted to post one of my picture as a primary photo,.. can anyone help me please??????

Go to preferences and you found your avatar there, browse the photo from your PC and then up load. Have a nice day!

Go to preferences, on top this. Customise your profile. On new Avatar, browse any picture u store on PC and fill the rest, tick Delete Current Avatar.
