I have heard a lot of times and I have also seen on Neobux.com that they pay instantly. Is it really true?
If yes, how long will it take to receive a payment after payment request? 5 Minutes???
and By The Way, what are the payment methods supported by NeoBux?

it was really amazing when I first got my payment from neobux and it took less then 2 mnuttes for me to receve my money to paypal acount after I requested my payment. I have never seen any site that pay so fast before and it surprised me a lot. I think thats one of the reason to why so many people love this site so much.

I still have to receive the cash out from Neobux as I'm a bit far from reaching my payout but if others have received their payments then it good sign for other users.

Ya it has instant payments. It suppots PP and AP as their payment processor. It does not actually take 5 minutes also.
There are also other Instant Payout sites that are good. If you want, I can give the sites.
