Hi Phillipa,
I never had one but the best thing that you can do is to consult an OB-Gyne. The are the specialist for womens reproductive health. Getting online tips to these kind of illness might harm you. You may also research on what are the causes and symptoms of having yeast infection and the things that you should avoid.
Better to prevent rather than to cure.
Happy posting.

This is very common in woman. However I would not want to guess if this is the case. I would seek professional help to decide if this is actually the problem. Many woman have tried to diagnose and treat what they thought was a yeast infection and that not be the case.
