It's not clear what the complain is all about. But if you run a business or if you work for one, you must be aware that customers comes first. Act promptly and don't make any promises you cant keep. Avoid being confrontational as this would only makes things worse. Let a supervisor or customer handle the situation. As a consumer yourself, you wouldn't wanna be passed around when you got complains. If all else fails, what the heck! u don't need a customer like that!!!! I'm just joking.... Take good care of your customers. happy mylotting!!!
