how do you handle customer complain?? can you please help me to answer this question??

Be nice, polite ,keep calm and listen to their issue. Even if you cannot solve their issue, if you explain why it can help. Sometimes this will not work, but you will know you have not stoped to their level. Being nice really freaks some angry people out as it is not a reaction they are expecting.
