I have chosen a name for my new dog

Hi ronaldinu I think Saffy is a lovely name though I don't remember a character in Eastenders with the same name, not yet anyway, maybe way back there was!! I look forward to seeing some more pictures of her when you have her in your home, finally!

Hey ronaldinu! Ok! You didn't pick my name Precious! But I like the name Saffy! It is really cute! I think she is going really like her new name! It fits her! She is so beautiful! So how much longer before you can bring her home? Have you gone to see her? I can't wait until you can bring her home so we can start seeing a whole bunch of pictures of Saffy! I used to watch Eastenders all the time. It was one of my favorite Britcoms! I love to watch the British sitcoms. They are so much fun to watch. We get some of the British shows in the USA and that one was one of my favorites. I think Sassy was a great choice for a name!

Cute name for a cute puppy. I have always waited to name my pups till I had them and could see thier personalities till we got Shilo. We looked at several pics of her and it just stuck. Corkie was named after we got him. Our other mini weiner dog (which we no longer have) was going to be named Corkie also but when we got her home she ended up being Lil Bit.

Great choice! I don't recall an Eastenders character with that name but the daughter of Jennifer Saunders character in Absolutely Fabulous was called Saffy. It was short for Saffron and I lked it so much it was the name I chose for my previous GSD. I know a Siamese Cat called Saffy too but in her case it's short for Sapphire (the colour of her eyes) Your dog looks cute, and I'm sure with her colouring will suit her name perfectly. Have lots of fun with her!

Well done on finding a name for your new dog. Its hard choosing a name for a pet, you have to get the name just right and it has to sound right as once the dog learns its name you can't change it. I'm in england but sadly don't watch eastenders so can't tell you that. My children are Emmerdale fans

Oh Saffy could really be the best name you could give. It sounds new to me and well appropriate for the new sheepdog. But wait...don't you think your friend in UK will not be offended if he learned that the name of their daughter is also the name of your sheepdog. Just asking? Ha!ha!ha!
