Are u a bilingual or multilingual? How many foreign languages can you speak? Do u learn them independently or tutored by someone?

i'm bilingual - english and tagalog. english is the medium of instruction in our schools while tagalog is our native language. i'm trying to learn mandarin by attending classes but it's going to take me a long time to be able to converse in it or read their texts.
